All our races are 1 day events (except Round 3), with a practice lap in the morning followed by the race lap in the P.M. Practice is not compulsory at the events but advisable.

Event Format

The format is that you go off for your race lap in a group of up to 12 riders (this allows you to ride with your riding pals and ad’s to the relaxed feel of the events)   You choose your start time at sign on before practice, and pick up your number board and are then free to do your practice lap. We always ask if riders can make sure they are at the sign on tent a minimum of  5 minutes prior to their departure time to ensure we can all stick to the schedule of the Event when it comes to the race lap.

Practice is not compulsory in 2023 but is advised to learn the timed stages and check out the features on the trail and give yourself the best chance of a good race result.

We have a fantastic team of Stage Managers and marshals who look after you whilst out on the course, please be respectful to them as they are all volunteers and do it to enable you all to go racing. We also have Remote Medics Ltd who cover the event to ensure safety, and provide medical care if required.

Under 14 riders MUST have a support rider to ride the loop with them. The support rider MUST be over 18 years of age on the event date. There is no charge for the support rider although they will have to sign in to ensure we know they are on the trails and issue a number board.

We will have Caterers at all rounds, and camping and parking details will be put on the website, facebook and e-mailed out to competitors prior to all events.
